One of the lube guys at my work did the same dang thing. He called me over and told me that there were two plugs in the pan. I said open the both. He only opened one. put 5.5 quarts in the motor. Ended up being 2 quarts overfull. To bad he is still there. Now I do all the work and he checks tire pressure. I dont know how he could mess that one up. I shouldent have said that. Now I dreading going to work tomorrow.

The 84 5.0 mustangs take approximatly 5.5 quarts of 5w20 oil, but depending on how many miles are on the motor you might conisder running 10w30. Of course start the engine and then wait 20 seconds before checking the oil. That should come out perfect. At least on every 5.0 mustang i have done 5.5 quarts is perfect. A little late but I hope it helps.

Update on the weather in Hemet Cali. It is now like 4 something. Weather is getting bearable. I am now starting to wake up(shouldent have stayed up so late talking to Daizey. She is a cool girl) Just got a call. Looks like I will be leaving all of you alone for a few. I get to go out to dinner with friends. HAHAHAHAHAHA I will be back though

school is the chit. if i was smart and didnt have a job i loved so much i would go back to school. even if it is for your own pleasure or knowledge heck yeah do it. ***It would be mainly for my own fulfillment, and not really aimed at furthering my career. You never know you might even use some or all that you learn. I wish i wouldnt have skipped math all the time i did now i am a dumba$$ when it comes to math. oh well i have a trusty ol calculator at my side
