    Michele, what is the cause of your nausea? Is it because you're not used to breakfast or something else? If it's the former, being consistent will help, and in time your body will hopefully adjust to it. As others suggested, a plain, low- fat yogurt with fruit and maybe some protein powder shuld be fine. And yes, fruit flavored yogurts are usually high in sugar unless they're labeled otherwise.     Please read my post before you jump to conclusions. Where exactly in my response did I mention that ADD and ADHD wasn't a real condition and where was I judgmental? All I said was that the number of children diagnosed with it today is simply mindbogling. Something has changed over the last decade or two and we can't completely blame it on brain chemistry.     Exactly. Today every other kid appears to have ADD or ADHD and take Ritalin or other drugs for it. What the f$&^? Of course they can't pay attention because they spend their free time in front of the TV or computer instead of having a good run around outside with their friends rain or shine.     I stopped drinking anything with caffeine months ago and I don't feel the difference. I was a moderate coffee drinker to begin with. I'd have one cup in the morning maybe another if I had a rough night and nothing with caffeine after 2 pm (including tea or soda) or I couldn't sleep. "I love cooking with wine.     Is it a 'Pussified Era'? Very much so. Are today's kids exposed to violence more than ever through the media? Most definitely. Some of them will just sing and talk about it some of them will actually grab daddy's gun and shoot the teacher and some of their class mates along with them. So how are we going to know the difference? Not until you hear shots in the cafeteria?     When there is a need to have a truck originally designed to transport killer whales to take a man from his home to the hospital, you know there is a problem. It was on The Learning Channel.     That's one of the reasons why I'm willing to give it a try. If half of my face goes numb at least it's only temporary.     Your opinion is yours and it's yours alone. I'm a very happy 36 year old who takes very good care of herself (diet, exercise, sunscreen ad nauseum) but has deep frown lines which makes me look tired, older than I really am and angry. I don't want to look angry and tired because I'm not therefore I'm getting Botox. So there! P.S. And I've met plenty of thin girls with big na-nas, I guess some of us are luckier than others.     I have also been to Lloret De Mar in the 90's and it was a blast despite the fact that I went with my mom! Great beach, great nightlife, lots of sangria and cool places to visit such as Montserrat (I think that's the name of the monastery up in the mountains).
