  1. The bad new for Biden is that his approval rate has plummeted to 38%, the good news is that he doesn’t have to hire a food taster as Kamala’s approval rate is significantly lower. ”Make haste Brandon!” https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/biden-poll-numbers-38-percent-b1953571.html
  2. Has done, not is doing. Looks like that late summer spike in Florida has imparted a good deal of natural immunity. Speaking of “cherry picking” you forgot to account for the extra eight million residents in Florida and their greater population density.
  3. Interesting PA vaccination rate: 72% 7 day rolling average of new cases: 4125 FL vaccination rate: 60% 7 day rolling average of new cases: 1473 (despite having a much larger population)
  4. Exhaling is just like pooping. Got it, brilliant analogy
  5. I said your analogy was weak, not nonexistent.
  6. Equating CO2 to sewage. Also, when conducting a cost benefit analysis one must look at both sides of the ledger. Even if you disagree with the IPCC and NOAA and think bad weather is caused by CO2, you still must consider the benefits of fossil fuels before you can make a rational judgement.
  7. Unless they are non vaccinated Republicans
  8. Oh it’s a fact alright, one I will remind you of early next year.
  9. Before I get dinged for thread drift, the above character is from South Park. He is the son of “Chief Runs With Premise”, his name is “Premise Running Thin”. Given the weakness of Olof’s analogies I thought it appropriate
  10. “A great woman erased from history by idiots. The branding of the syrup was a tribute to this woman’s gifts and talents. Now future generations will not even know this beautiful woman existed. What a shame. The world knew her as “Aunt Jemima”, but her given name was Nancy Green and she was a true American success story. She was born a slave in 1834 Montgomery County, KY. and became a wealthy superstar in the advertising world, as its first living trademark. Green was 56-yrs old when she was selected as spokesperson for a new ready-mixed, self-rising pancake flour and made her debut in 1893 at a fair and exposition in Chicago. She demonstrated the pancake mix and served thousands of pancakes, and became an immediate star. She was a good storyteller, her personality was warm and appealing, and her showmanship was exceptional. Her exhibition booth drew so many people that special security personnel were assigned to keep the crowds moving. Nancy Green was signed to a lifetime contract, traveled on promotional tours all over the country, and was extremely well paid. Her financial freedom and stature as a national spokesperson enabled her to become a leading advocate against poverty and in favor of equal rights for all Americans. She maintained her job until her death in 1923, at age 89. This was a remarkable woman, and sadly she has been ERASED by politics. I wanted you to know and remind you in this cancel culture time period.”
  11. More like my lack there of Your misreading of the situation was due to a lack of understanding of economics not mathematics.
  12. We can reduce our CO2 emissions by getting rid of COP. Private jets and limousines needlessly dumping tones of CO2 into the atmosphere while accomplishing nothing.
  13. “Power prices in Germany are among the highest in Europe. The high costs partly are due to the mandatory support for renewable energy sources”
  14. “The gradual drying of the Australian continent over the last 15 million years has produced an ecology and environment prone to fire” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushfires_in_Australia Australia burned long before the industrial revolution and it IS due to climate change, natural climate change.
  15. It’s not just the number, it is the type of bird killed. Cats kill sparrows, wind turbines kill eagles, hawks and other large raptors. With the proliferation of wind turbines and their accompanying power lines these numbers will only continue to rise. It’s not just birds, hundreds of thousands of bats are slaughtered each year in North America alone by wind turbines, threatening to disrupt entire ecosystems.
  16. No Wendy, I honestly think a massive tax and spend socialist boondoggle is not good for the US. Especially when, according to a recent pool, most Americans want government to do less, not more.
  17. NBER or me, we both shared the same assessment.
  18. Actually I am not against the infrastructure bill, I just wish it was paid for. It does take the wind out of the progressives’ sails and in my book that is a win.
  19. Open borders, wokeness, tax and spend…..in the military we called that a target rich environment. I guess we will just have to see how it pans out in the midterms.
  20. It’s hard to attribute a loss in an election yet to happen, but when and if it does it will because of tax-n-spend, wokeness, mandates and open borders. AKA the Democrat platform
  21. “Will have died” Looks like Brandon will pass Trump early next year, even with vaccines.
  22. Biden still has 3+ years, so those books have yet to close.
  23. No I have only attributed wokeness to TM’s loss.
