Do they sell PD products at your DZ? This could be a reason why they push PD.

kinda... On our DZ there were 2 people that bought brand new canopies thius summer. One was a Sabre2 and the other a Pilot. Oops sorry 3 people, the other was a velocity.

If you goto PD's Website you can download a Line Trim Chart and instructions on how to measure the lines. They may look alright but if they may have shrunk a lot .

I find this is the easiest way to pack ZP canopies also.

It sound retarded but on my first and only reserve ride, Jump #183, as I looked down at my hands, still at full arm extension, I thought "Good, I still have my handles." I had always thought it sounded weird that people would think about this, but I believe it now.

Another possible solution would be to shuffle the students around inn the plane while the plane is doing another go around. It can be done. I have seen it done on a few occasions.

Maybe there would be a busy loft in the BC area that I could goto the week before the course????

I would have to travel to Ontario or further to do this and I only have a limited amount of $ and vacation time. I geuss I can forget the course then.

I am interested in attending the one in Feb or March, I know I was talking to you privatly a couple of weeks ago about it. I am the one with the broken back. Also another hurdle is that I am in Moncton, NB and our season is winding down here and will have no opportunity to have a rigger witness me for any pack jobs as everyone is putting their rigs away. There is no rigger localy we send our gear to Frederiction, NB or Waterville, NS to get repacked. Any ideas?

There are.. My Dr. wont let me jump for 6 months after my last low turn. TOT Landing with your hands still on your front risers does not work... Trust me.

I am interested in taking a rigger course this winter and have a few questions. I am in Canada and was wondering what the advantages and disadvantages are to taking it in Canada or the US. If I take it in the US can I then pack rigs for Canadian jumpers? and also If I take it in Canada am I allowed to pack reserves in the US if I find myself moving there? I am also looking for a location to take the course sometime in February or March. Thanks TOT tot@skydivemoncton.com
