Beerlight been an X-gym instructor that sounds like a canny routine, The things you do should only suit you, dont expect to take some one elses routine and fit into it, it doesnt work like that. I do a full work out every day, cardio and muscles at the gym i spend an hour there every night and if i work nights every day. my advice to you is do what feels right to you and no more when you get used to what you do increase the reps and time you do it. have a good one.

thats real blooming heck!! you would of thought britny would have some tast having Justin as her X-lad i wouldnt leave my lad to kiss madonna i know that not even for her money. But Kylie on the other hand as long as my lad filmed it im sure he would allow it then as long as i got half of her money. I can relate before he found the DZ he was a right computer buff now its better i guess at least he's out and not stuck in the house, he's a DZ buff now never away from it and other than wrk neither will i be when i start to jump.

Im not gay before you start but i do think that the first picture of the lass with her legs open would look much better if she shut her legs as she has a body just like mine but with bigger tits that all and she's tanned and im white. but other than that he body is the asme as mine and i dont pay any one to keep it that way it's hard work. just ask my other half

personally CrazyIvan I dont think cowgirl2 i attractive at all and before you start no im not a lesbine ive just got an eye for attractive ppl it doesnt mean i fancy them though apart from one of cause who i only have loving eyes for Waynerats! i love the 80's but only cos i was born in 1981. the close i used to ware were bad ive looked at some old pictures was goingto put some up but they are far to embarising. Long hair silly dresses (pink) id give you night mares for a week. music was good though so were the 70's music.

hey jsyslo i wish i could try skydiving but i have a missed place valve in my heart which says i cant. BUMMER ehh but hey i can still sdmire those who can and enjoy all your mint stories and watch my better half as he jumps he's only done 3 so far and is loving it. I'm really pleased for him. was Blue Skys 'holly' or is that some one else?

Not all lads know what to say to compliment their other half i know that cos i keep saying soppy love things to my lad and he doesnt know how to say stuff like that back although he does say he loves me and i know he does it's just hard for sum lads to compliment. Mainly cos they are scared if they say sumthign wrong then they willl be in trouble. lol But then again u said he didint pay u any compliments at all my lad does he'll tell me if i look good and stuff but then again i dont jump i just admire those who do.
