Last weekend, Skydive Elsinore had a "Priests & Prostitutes" (I know, I know... ) themed party. Despite the fact that we're all going to hell for this one, it was so much fun! I didn't take a camera myself, but there were many pictures taken by everyone at the PARTY (for ALL pics...scroll down). There were photos taken of various DZ.commers, including old-school friends and even elusive commers. I assumed that Gia's "PICKLE" thread was about an anonymous DZ.commer's photo, who may or may not want to reveal his identity. Not to worry...even if I know him, I don't know him. Anyway, the DZ party was a blast, as always. I can't wait for the next one. For those who are wondering, including those friends who didn't make the last party, SD Elsinore's next themed party is the Sat. during "Bridge the Gap" in May (11-13). Everyone needs to be there...the theme is "Summer"!

That would be wonderful, Bethany. There's a group of us from SD Elsinore that regularly get together for dinners in L.A. The girls that put it together always pick great restaurants. You'd love it!

Well, I guess that I'm nobody because I'll be in SoCal. J~ If you or someone whom you know out here wants to put something together for that weekend, let me know. If my schedule allows it, I'll definitely drive out there to see you. It's been a while, since I've seen you, and it would be nice to catch up.

Try to go to Barcelona, Andrea. Gaudi's unusual architectural work, which I adore, is visible throughout the city in Parc Guell, La Sagrada Familia (cathedral), Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, etc. It's a truly beautiful and memorable city to visit. Btw, my Weemee Ro (see avatar) is standing on the rooftop of La Pedrera!

Lol, good for you! I really shouldn't complain. I've been busy living life...doing other fun things. Although I've never lived close to a DZ or tunnel, it was easier to find the time to tunnel fly, when I had a BF overseas. I'm still a bit jealous, but also happy for Val with her back-to-back tunnel camps with Airspeed. My last time in the tunnel was doing 2 on 2 with Kirk & Eliana, and it was lots of fun. Go Val, go! Get your tunnel groove on!

Only the private schools wear them here. It's been suggested before, but most parents don't want to do it. In my research, I found that Mayor Villaraigosa has a plan to take control of LAUSD schools, specifically the underperforming schools. He calls it "The Schoolhouse", and one of his many suggestions for reform is for the public school students to be required to wear uniforms as a means of community and pride. Personally, I attended private, Catholic schools throughout my elementary and secondary education. (Yes, I wore a Catholic schoolgirl uniform.) It really is not THAT bad, Andrea.
