    I just remembered my dream from Sunday night after I had done my recurrency coached jump earlier that day, then watched the film Van Helsing that evening. I dreamt that I was in some kind of haunted castle, which was actually my parents' mansion. Anyway, I was trying to get recurrent in this crazy place, which was pretty cool visually, I must say. The funniest part of the dream was that my recurrency requirement was that I get recurrent by doing a tandem with this Frankenstein-like guy. I then realized that the guy that was my tandem master was Tallguy. We were supposed to just jump out of the haunted castle and fly (like vampires), instead of jumping out of a plane. It's funny because I awoke from my dreams at around 4:30 am, then fell back asleep and resumed dreaming the same dream! (Btw, sorry Tallguy. You are nothing like Frankenstein, my friend. ) Anyone else have any crazy skydiving-related dreams that you want to share?

    Be careful, though...the Queen Mary can be cheesy and totally touristy. Think about the Sunday Brunch and a simple walk around the ship with a self-guided tour.

    Yes, I think Catalina can be a fun outing with the parents. The last time that I went was for scuba diving, but I know that there is also a day tour (bused) of the island that they may enjoy. I haven't been to Coronado, but I heard that it's nice. My boyfriend lives in San Diego...Sunset Cliffs in Ocean Beach off the 8 west. It's a beautiful and friendly area. San Diego, in general, is just wonderful to visit. THIS will give you more info about the Queen Mary. Your parents may enjoy a tour of the ship. It has great history. Also, on Sunday mornings, they have a fabulous champagne brunch on the Queen Mary in the Grand Salon. It is soo good. You can dress up (or not) and go with the parents.

    I have not done the 2-way camps, but I've done the ExCel tunnel sessions with both Mel and Lou. I have learned so much from them, AND they are sooo much fun!!! Mel is especially smiley... I have also flown with Mel on a day of all speed star jumps. It was a group of newbie jumpers first attempts (lmao remembering), but it was one of the most fun jump days that I've ever had! I HIGHLY recommend that you take the camp.

    I don't understand your post, Ed. What happened? Hope it worked out ok in the end. I'm sad that you are grounded. About drinking when grounded at boogies...yes, it can get crazy. WFFC was one big blur for me... Btw, Spencer had fun hanging out with you. Thanks for keeping us company & for bringing your rig, just in case. You're the best, Ed!
