  1. Ladyskydiver ~ Thank you so much for the yummy in my tummy gift!!! You are awesome, Cora!!!
  2. Well, there are certainly men that wouldn't be interested in the Lineless Wonder's mud-wrestling. I'm sure that I could name a few. So...anyhoo, about tan lines...

  4. You know, I totally agree. Make it maybe 15% smaller for either male or female. (The female's can be even smaller...maybe 25%.) On men's shirts, you begin logos (used to do the superman logos) about 2.5" or 3" down CF.
  5. You wish! "I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way."
  6. What a classic story!!!
  7. Sorry if this sounds rude, Phillykev, but what makes you think that I am particularly interested in who you went "looking for" in high school? WTH?
  8. I've seen that! That trick will never be old! Phillykev ~ Lmao...that slutty Catholic girl may be true, but I was actually a virgin (really) thoughout high school...sorry! I was saving myself for "marriage", until I realized that I could wait until I was "in love".
  9. Tell Sunny that we love her!
  10. Good! I was feeling a little funny about being so secretive about my number. I really do NOT call friends from online as much as I should...need to change that! Don't worry, Mar...Jake and Macca aren't in Eloy this time! (I'm kidding, I know what you mean!
  11. I had been at my boyfriend's all week, but I finally went home last night. I saw various area codes of numbers that I was confused by on my caller ID, and then I listened to my voice mail. Even I received drunk calls from Eloy a few days back! Actually, I don't know if they were drunk, but I was sung to and left really sweet "wish you were here" type of messages.
  12. Lol...yes, I know what you mean. I also went to Catholic school. I don't remember that...well, not exactly. I was a very good kid in most ways, but I used to get into trouble for (of all things) wearing skirts that were too short.
  13. Yes, when my best friend died suddenly and unexpectedly, several years ago, we had a "celebration of life". It would have been wrong to not "celebrate" and not to remember her as she was when she was alive. Also, she and her family is Vietnamese (Buddhist...though I never knew her to practice it strongly), so they do have the custom of "celebrating life" when someone passes. It is a very beautiful tradition. In keeping with the custom, loved ones gather every certain amount of days following one's death, until it becomes a tradition, every year always on the day that the person passes to celebrate the life that was once had and in memory/honor of that person. For my friend's gathering's, we always would eat wonderful dinners, tell stories, toast her life. We also had pictures of her everywhere, and at one of the early gatherings, the family put together a little film of her with her loved ones and pictures of her travels. For a young person, she was well-traveled (her father a pilot) and had done many things. I have even made some lifelong friends with people who I had never met before her "celebration of life". I think that this is a way in which you can really eventually make peace with a loved one's passing. One thing that may be difficult for you, as it was for me, is that it will be quite melancholy and will be very difficult to smile at this event. I have to admit that I had a really hard time not feeling like my heart had been torn out, immediately after my best friend passed. I would definitely think about maybe gathering together a second time with a few loved ones in your father's honor after the initial sting of the passing has subsided even more...maybe even in a month. It's different for everyone, though. In my opinion, a "celebration of you father's life" would be the most wonderful kind of "going away" for your father. Remember him as he was before he fell ill. Try to remember all the happy times. I hope that it goes well, and I'm sure that your father is proud of you for doing this. It's a very loving way to remember him and cherish him forever in your heart. I wish you peace, Anne.
  14. Yea, that's what I'm talking about. Some place foreign that we can have a cabana boy bring us warm towels when we get out of the water. That sounds like a plan!
  15. I guess you have a point, but, at least, getting out of the water is much nicer when it's warmer outside. I really couldn't stay warm enough when scuba diving, no matter how thick my wetsuits were, so I finally decided to stop. I would love doing it if I could stay warmer. I used to shiver like crazy and always ended up sick, afterwards. I guess now that you mention it, I wouldn't want to do it again in SoCal...anytime soon. I'd need to go to warmer waters.
  16. I've done night scuba diving somewhat close to a tiger shark (not big at all...not scary), and it was fine. Nate, I would go diving (scuba) with you, but it's been years (and I am a beginner). I don't feel like starting up in this weather, either. (Maybe in the summer, I will feel differently.) Have fun!
  17. Doh! I'm such a retard!!! Sunny ~ Uh, thanks...I think! Edited: In my defense, I don't wear my sexy eyeglasses to postwhore... I know, I know...I should!
  18. Trouble maker! Must I slap you with my glove again?
  19. Do you also yell, "DOOR!"?
  20. Hehehe... I am teasing you, Frenchy! Btw, thank you so very, very much, Livendive!!!
