What girls? What club? I know that the Safety Day seminars are going to be more towards the afternoon and perhaps after sunset per my conversation with Kat. I was considering doing the tunnel league competitions, again...the last weekend is this Saturday, until the summer! At the very least, I want to watch the Open class...they are SO HOT!!!! Also, it's Darcy's birthday on Monday...we need to do something nice for dinner, no? Or, we can play at the Bombshelter? Darcy and I already have a room for you, me and her at Lakeview Inn...maybe with one new female skychickie (we'll see on Sat). I am jumping on Sunday, also. I won't be leaving the DZ until late. If you want to do anything else, please let me know...

Hmmm. So does that mean that my wife is slummin' with me? I mean, she's pretty and sophisticated and I'm ugly and unsophisticated... That's actually quite insulting to BOTH the male and female in the relationship. By the way, the "butterface" thing was something that I found shocking at first, but silly/funny in the way that it was spoken of on the radio comedy bit. I wouldn't laugh or find it funny at all, if it was honestly said about anyone in real life, and I don't think that many people would really say it about anyone that they know. In the same light, most people that actually know someone who may fit this "slummin" description, would never actually say or think it about someone whom they know. Btw, Jerry, you have nothing to worry about. The way that you see yourself and your wife is not the way in which other people see/think of you. You are her equal. If you don't believe that, I would suggest that you think about why she married you and what kind of special qualities that you bring to the relationship. Please don't degrade yourself. You are much better than that.

Hope that it's ok to begin a thread about this. Like many fellow skydivers, I am always very interested in any safety seminars and events held at the DZ, but I must have been out of town last year as this is my beer Safety Day. I spoke with Kat, and Lob is still finalizing the schedules at Elsinore and will try to get more info. on the website. I've been told by a friend that they will begin Safety Day at 8:30 and seminars will be fluid. However, from what I was just told, there is no "official" time when it will begin, but the instructors will be available to help us with any questions, and we can always get into their new hanging harness and pull handles. The seminars will happen more towards the afternoon, than in the morning because the jumping will be winding down more by then. After the death at Perris last weekend, I am sure that many of us are left wanting to do everything possible to be as safe as possible in the sky. I am stumped and frustrated by that situation, myself. Anyway, please add your names to the list that I've begun and any more relevant information that you can add here regarding Safety Day. People lean over to hug or to kiss me. Then, they just straighten back up, taking me with them, therefore, I am constantly getting picked up by both men and women. For some strange reason, skydivers have done this to me more than any other group of people! I actually like to stretch out, arch my back and get on my toes, so I try to do that if I am with my boyfriend. Of course, he also enjoys my head on his chest and kissing the top of my head or my forehead, if I'm not extended. Cute question!

Thank you form the information. Is there any larger or more general rememberance or memorial dive being set up for her by anyone at the DZ? (Either this weekend or next?) Just curious if there is anything else being done in her memory that is less private/non-intrusive for her family, but where others can still honor her memory.

Gia, you know that I would love to and be open to try it. The fairy and angel card readings sound quite interesting, as well.

Tarot cards are VERY interesting. I would love to have a private reading sometime, Kaytee. It doesn't have to be for "love"...lol...just a general reading for myself.
