Metal. "Those of you born under the influence of the Chinese Astrology element of Metal are determined, self-reliant and forceful. You enjoy the good life and all it has to offer -- luxury, comfort and freedom, especially. You're like a reclusive film star: You want the acclaim, but you also want to be left alone. You create your own success, building your desired destiny with single-minded focus. Others look up to you in awe of your commanding, confident presence. While you Metal individuals are strong and virtuous, you can be a bit set in your ways. No arm-wrestling with the metallic ones, either; they might break that appendage in two! You can be a stern taskmasters as well, demanding the most from yourself and those you love."

Thanks! The original Do They Know It's Christmas? (Feed the World) in 1984 by Band-Aid is also my favorite as much for the song as for the message. This is a more modern recording of the song, but I very MUCH prefer the original recording. As long as I'm in the holiday mood and haven't listened to the songs too much, I often enjoy hearing most of the holiday songs for a couple of days or so. Little Drummer Boy, Silent Night, Adam's Sandler's Hanukkah song, O Come, All Yee Faithful, We Three Kings of Orient Are, O Little Town of Bethlehem, Let There Be Peace on Earth, etc. are all fun. The one song that I've always found to be annoying is Jingle Bell Rock.

My favoritist web site in the whole world

I don't talk like that. I don't day "don'tcha. I also didn't coyly ask you anything. I was trying to make an angry point about how rude it is for you to call some women and men those names, as I was buying my guy and myself some cake! I was in a fucking bakery for goodness sake! Did you really think that I cared if I was fat, when I was comtemplating buying a whole cake for myself? -

VanillaSkyGirl replied to SudsyFist's topic in The Bonfire
Nope. That's complete horseshit. I did think that it was rude of you to keep mentioning how fat some people are and calling them names like that. That's BS. You also were saying that you think that women actually can weigh 100 lbs. at 5 ft 10 inches. I was going to tell you that I'm only 5 ft tall and weigh almost 100 lbs. myself, which is why I asked if you thought I was fat. It wasn't because I care if you actually think that. I never thought that you'd say what you did. I found it funny. Sorry! -

No, you didn't avoid my wrath. I'm short, remember? Ducking will only put you right where I want you! Sinker ~ Are you talking to me? I'm quite confused, now. -

Why are you laughing? Is it because I'm always eating? Are you making a lewd joke? What? -

Ugh...thanks for the heads up about the site. What's more, Sinker, I have to agree with you about Suds. The other day, I was telling Steve how rude it is to put down what he calls "fatties", and he told me that my tummy is too big. Sorry, but I like to eat. Excuse me for being a real woman with some body fat... -
Happy Birthday, sweet Katie. Much love to you today and always, my dear.

The "Frenchy is fucking off to Shanghai" party

Btw Nicky, I heard that JudyJ wants a FGF #, so bring the goggles for her to get her number. I hope that you've cleaned them up well, after they were perched on Pop's ass! -

Very cool...thanks Ev! Ladies ~ Do you really prefer getting together over the Valentine's Day weekend? We can do it, but I just want to make sure that you girls prefer that weekend over the long weekend. -
Lol...that's funny! The truth is that I completely agree with Chris' original post. I like that he spoke up and began a thread about it. Having individual/independent thought is very cool.

2005 Dropzone.com Skydive Arizona Holiday Boogie
VanillaSkyGirl replied to sangiro's topic in The Bonfire
Beth, I agree that it's sad that Jumpchikk isn't going. As for me, I am seriously contemplating driving out to Arizona just to party with some good friends for only a couple of days. (I don't think that I will be able to tunnel fly or skydive.) Is that too damned weird? I hope not because that is the plan right now. -
Hope that you had a wonderful birthday, Vinny!

OK, your first PM last night goes with this thread. I didn't see this thread, until now. Gia and I will miss our SFB, but it's all good. You'll be popping in and out as always, right Nicky? -
I'm sorry to hear that, Sarah. Hopefully, things will turn around for you, and you will feel better. I do have some good news to share. One of my good friends has been going through some very tough times, and she seems to be getting much better. That alone has lifted my spirits like nothing else. (I am also in a very, very down mood, as well. Life is just painful as hell.) I don't know if hearing about my friend will help you, though. So, what about you, Sarah? It always helps when someone that you care about is happy. How are your friends/family? Have you heard any good news from them, that you could use to make you feel better, right now?

Are west coast chicks as cool as they say they are?
VanillaSkyGirl replied to ccowden's topic in The Bonfire
Oh Alaura, I couldn't help it. The sexyfrenchbitch is just silly, sometimes. (Hi Nicky!) Vallerina ~ Val, I read what you wrote, and that was so nice of you. Thank you. Btw, the Chicago girls seem so wonderful, too. Maybe it's just skydiving women, in general, that are really great people. -
That's great, Mar!

People on one coast are no more and no less cool than people on the other. Still, there are certainly many wonderful women (and men) that I have met on the west coast because I live in California. I am very grateful to have been able to get to know them. I hope that you can have the same experience, just like I very much hope to be able to meet more people from the east coast.
