    Now this post is funny! EVERYTHING that is said in your post is the exact OPPOSITE of all my experiences with PD. I am always amazed at how helpful everyone is there no matter if it is buying a new canopy or just asking a question. The people at PD have always bent over backwards to help me. Sometimes going WAY above and beyond the call of duty. So, thank you PD for always being so helpful and for making great products! The customer service you have shown me over the years had been nothing short of amazing!
