Yup, and that is exactly why it is good to focus on breathing as well. Not only does it help you stay loose and relaxed, but if you can actually be conscious of your breathing in freefall, then it will translate into your flying in a relaxed state of mind and body. If you can become concious og chewing gum in freefall, then it will help you be aware of your breathing and mindset as well.

Dude, I have been both, and the grass is so much greener on the side I am now. There is certainly nothing wrong with being single, but when you find the right person it is so beyond what you can imagine. Such the opposite of the "permission slip" thing.

Yes, yes, it seems our little Lizzy was once again in top form! I got yet another drunken voicemail last night as well. There was much woo hooing and such going on. I also heard a couple more familiar voices in the background. Hmmm, let's see.... whom migt that be?
