    My personal hell was the teacher. He broke his name down by syllables and I still don't know what it was. Needless to say, not being able to understand word-one was an added feature for the class. However, I wasn't a math major at the time. I had switched to Comp Sci, so I was taking it as an elective and didn't have to worry about it too much. On the first day of my first semester of Dif-Eq, we were all sitting in class waiting for the instructor, when this smoking hot little suntanned blonde in shorts walked in, then went up to the board and introduced herself as the instructor.

    FTFY. As one of my instructors was kind enough to tell me when I had 4 jumps "If you can't handle the idea that over the course of your jumping life you WILL have a friend or loved one seriously injured or killed, then quit now" As skydiving has become safer, the fatalities/year has remained fairly constant. We can't take away the human factor. No matter how much safety gear you have, we're still human and we play in a sport very unforgiving of even the slightest errors. If people cant handle that, get do yourself a favor and get out now.

    Well, back to KC for another conference through saturday, currently located in Cincinnati. Supposed to take off at 1635, however overbooked, so I volunteered to hop off and take the 2105 flight for $15 in food and $400 off a Delta ticket (i'm a cheap date, I know) Someone entertain me since I am now stuck here for a while.
