After a botched inaugural flight (tree, cherry picker removal) I finally found a place to fly it in a park about 20 minutes outside of the city......FRIGGIN AWESOME Once I got a handle on it it flies like a dream! I can't wait to get it up into some real wind. We only had about 5 mph here today. Anyone have any tips for launching it by yourself? I had trouble launching it today....maybe I just need more wind? And it will defintely be coming to freezefest with me, so let the pond racing begin..

Spitfire is smaller (20 sq ft) and the bigger one is the LandSurfer (35 sq ft). I figured I would start on this one then go bigger once I figured out how to fly the hell out of this one

Finally something to do on those windier days! My kite from Big Air came in today, and I absolutely love it. I got the Terrafoil (25 sq. ft.), it flies like a dream, and I can't wait to fly it in some real wind....but I learned something today in the inaugural flight...stay away from trees.
