Shanda and April are cool. They are both experienced jumpers. Somebody was telling me that they had a better pic but the one used for the cover had them looking a bit more nervous about their first helo jump - which was why it was used. April is one HELL of a packer and Shanda makes the best spaghetti sauce I've ever had.

I have several friends who are police officers. I always give cops the benefit of the doubt until all the facts come out. From the video, it looks like they are losers. Thanks Chelle! I agree, but promised I would follow the diet as specified. Hate to admit it, but I have dropped a pound or two, though I didn't run as far as normal last night. Probably becaue I was hungry as hell. When I gained a lot of weight after my car wreck/during rehab, I dropped a lot of lard with that Atkins diet thing. Never really lost all the weight from that or got back into the same shape, but I do know that atkins thing worked. TWO WEEKS!?!?!?!?! No way! You are one dedicated woman - I would never have agreed to that. This is a three day thing some idiot from Birmingham came up with - an idiot whose life is now in danger should I meet them in the next few hours. Here is what I've had today (day 3 of 3) Breakfast: three saltine crackers, one small apple, coffee, and a slice of cheddar cheese Lunch: hard boiled egg and 1/2 cup of tuna and some tea I forget what dinner is, but don't care because it won't be enough. My friends wife OWES me for this. I haven't been this hungry in a long time. He's bitching about it too, so I know he's stuck with it. He's an out of shape fatass and needed to lose weight anyway. ...agreeing to go on a diet again. My friend's wife asked me to cajole him into going on a diet she found. I acquiesced, like an idiot, and ended up agreeing to do it with him in order to get him to do it. I am on day three of three and am hungry as hell. I want a big juicy hamburger and a beer RIGHT THE F&%! now! I am all grouchy due to hunger...and I'm not easily grouchified. Tomorrow, if I don't die of hunger, I am going to get his dumb ass and make him work out with me. He's not stopping until he has puked or drowned. Then I'm going to go over to his house with a ton of Taco Bell, a case or two of beer, and a bottle of Patron to get revenge on his wife.
