Ok.. weird moment.. I was just browsing pics in my folders and ran across some mountain pics of when I was installing a hosptial in MT, and couldnt for the life of me think of the name of the town. 5 min later I read this post.. and its the same town. Thats pretty weird Dave... This was just the view from the hotel.. or maybe the hospital, I don't remember.

A girl I used to be roommates with spent a year in the Peace Corps, living in a dirt hole in Nicaragua. The village didnt want her, or anyone from the peace corps there. She managed to plant a couple of vegetable gardens, but they already had vegetable gardens and knew how to plant them. In her opinion, it was an interesting experience but not worth a year of her life. My opinion is that they have hands. Unless your hands have money in them for new buildings, agricultural improvements, etc.. you are just another pair of hands and another mouth to feed.

My standards lie more with how I want to be treated. If I dont like how I'm being treated, I'll let him know. If it doesnt get better, I'll go away. But as far as a checklist.. nope not really. Although I can say I wouldn't date a smoker.

Right on, Steve. It seems that someone with 8 jumps or 8000 jumps could learn a lot from this incident. The people who read this forum and learn from others mistakes are more likely to be here to talk about what you did to kill yourself. Which end of the conversation do you want to be on?

Yeah actually Claritin brand doesnt work for me either.. its the Costco (kirkland) brand that works. So maybe its the same stuff? Little white pill.

I have moved so much in my lifetime that I can't comprehend the concept of staying put. The only house I've known my whole life is my grandmother's house in Texas. We call it "The Homestead".

CostCo makes a brand of Claritin. I want to say its called Aller-clear. I should know, I take it all the time. Anyway.. its about 12 bucks for hundreds of pills and it works better for me than actual Claritin. Doesnt totally alleviate my cat allergies but it works the best out of all of the allergy meds I've tried. Good luck! I hope it works out for both you and the kitty!

You might want to look at my yard first... I need either a man or a lawnmower. Mow your lawn at midnight like PsychoBob does, so that PsychoPatty lets him go skydiving!

Hmmm.. well. I suppose someone should point out to him that: 1. He contaminated a whole "vat" (however much that is..) of Chocolate. 2. There was probably a better way to unplug it. 3. If it was full of chocolate, it probably didnt need to be unplugged in the first place.

Really? She knows you're allergic to her cat and she is going to do that to you? Sorry but thats really insensitive. Its an indoor cat? Maybe it can learn to be an outdoor cat. I'm really allergic to cats too, and I hate it because I like cats. Allergy medicine does nothing. I still sneeze my head off and feel like crap around cats. I love my dogs, but if my husband were allergic to them, I'd find them a new, loving home. Hopefully close by so I could still see them.
