    THATS what I'm talkin about!!! The 'Boys work in cycles... they always come back around.. And they had a decent season this year.. just not phenomenal. I hold out hope!

    If you have access to a hot tub, that will help reduce the amount of soreness, a lot! I always regret not getting in the hot tub after ballet.

    I know its been said, but I'm very thankful that I can send money to help replace what was lost in the fire. Money can replace things, not flesh and blood. I'm very glad nobody was hurt. Best of luck to everyone at Elsinore. From seeing the responses just here in our little community, I have a feeling that you will all recover just fine!

    Of course I cant, and did not say exactly what Gore would have done (other than crap his pants). Years of observation have proven to me that Gore is purely politically-driven. He has no real-world experience and can not relate to the daily trials of man. For these, and other reasons, I am glad that he is not President. Its not a cop-out. I honestly believe that there would have been several more attacks on American soil if Gore were in office in place of Bush. Its a lot easier to pick on the geeky kid on the playground than the short guy who wears cowboy boots and will kick you in the nuts. You dont have to agree with me. I didnt start a poll asking for your opinions, you started one asking for mine. Have a lovely day

    Personally, yes I am better off. The world has changed. It would have changed no matter who is in office. I shudder to think what condition our country and world politics would be in if Gore had been in the office through the events of recent years. Not a direct answer to your question, I know, but its the first thing that occurred to me when I thought about it.

    If it does not involve you directly.. and you've been sworn to secrecy.. then you really should't be teasing us like this.... So I guess my first yes/no question is.. have you been sworn to secrecy?

    I get them from Ballet, as well as running. They hurt like hell. An easy stretch.. sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you. Sit up straight, point your toes, then flex your feet, repeatedly. Then WALK for a few minutes to warm up before you start to run. If you dont know how to point your toes to the extent where you feel a stretch in your shins, do the stretch mentioned before where you place your right foot on left thigh and pull down on your toes. Then straighten your leg and flex your foot.

    My doc has been making noises about removing my tonsils, esp after the case of strep I had a couple of months ago. I've had strep about twice a year since I was a kid. Now, after reading your post, I'm SCARED!! Not only because I didnt know it would hurt and bleed so badly, but because you cant talk for so long. I cant work unless I can talk. I'd have to use up a bunch of vacation time, which leaves none for boogies... this doesnt sound good AT ALL! I already had jaw surgery and had my jaws wired shut for six weeks. That sucked!! I think I'm just gonna keep my big nasty rotten tonsils. Oh, but I'm sure you'll do fine! This is the best time of year to not be able to jump for 2 weeks. Say "ahhhhhhhhhh"!

    Well first, Chris, quit falling down the stairs, ok? Get some rubber-soled shoes, and you might want to keep some bean bag chairs at the bottom of the stairs, just in case. just playin with ya. Give your body time to heal. When the time is right, you will feel it. The sky is not going anywhere. In the meantime, you have all sorts of resources to continue learning about the sport. If you were going to give up, you would have done so already. I think you know where your path is going to lead.. it just looks frustrating from here. Keep your chin up!
