The service was beautiful and Chris could not have shined on us more. I wish I had taken better photos, but here they are. Some are from Friday when we were getting the dz ready for the service, and the rest are from Saturday. It was a party night *indeed*! But out of respect for those who were running around naked in a canoe full of ice cold beer.. I can't post those pics..

I hate that I'm going to miss this boogie. I know it wont be any fun without me, but do try. I'm counting on y'all. If anyone needs an excuse, I'm going to be out of town from this tues until the 19th, and when I get home I will be staying close to my home dz family for a while. We need each other right now.

Absoultely, thanks Tim. The funds sent for Haley will be invested for her college fund, and very much appreciated. Please dont forget Kristi though. Shes going through a very rough transition and any help you can give her to relieve a little financial stress would be wonderful. She would not want anyone to feel obligated, but please help out if you can. ps- she likes *red* wine.. Also, if you are coming to the memorial on Saturday.. bring your rig. I'm not stating any full blown plans to make any jumps but we will be on a drop zone after all.. and Chris would love it if we took his plane and jumped our asses off. This plan will be played by ear though. Just be prepared.

It had been way too long.. and you just let me know the time and place when the next round of nipple-twisting will be! I didnt get to tell you how *HOT* you looked in your Kill Bill costume! Smokin girl! Mel, it was great to meet you.. you are as sweet, beautiful, and kind as I had imagined you would be. Thanks for the help with our kitty costumes too.. ! I look forward to seeing you many times in the future! WAY too many people to give my love to.. I met so many awesome new friends this past weekend. I wish the "Chaoskitty" could have come out Saturday night (y'all know shes in there!) but she was too sad. My night would have been unbearable without your hugs and love. How about a sunset flock on Saturday? I know Chris would love to fly with you again. But it doesnt have to be a flock, do whatever type of skydive you remember Chris for, and say goodbye to him in the fashion that means the most to you. Video if you can, and send it to Jason or Cowboy for the memorial dvd. I'm not going to try to organize an nationwide thing at this point.. too overwhelmed.. but please take it upon yourselves to participate and honor Chris in your own way, and then share it with us.

Tim.. wow! I can honestly say it is weird to see Chris freeflying. Ever since I've known him, every non-aff or tandem jump he has done was in his wingsuit. Even big-ways! We would launch a 12 way out of the Westwind and about halfway thru the dive, Chris would be right there in his wingsuit. Jason has a great video of him flying around a big way.

If not, I'll just keep bumping it.
