Okay.. so lets say I do an exceptional job, but my job is nothing exceptional. I can get my client installed and trained with very little or no trouble, particularly compared to my co-workers. But how do your accomplishments look exceptional when theres nothing exceptional about your job? Anything I do just makes my project manager shine.
