    I Love mine!!! The fit is excellent, and me neck is in better shape because of the side mount. I have jumped top mounted stuff for over 7 years with great success, however; I was developing some neck issues due to top weight and occasional hard openings. Now I am happier than I have ever been with the FF2 and the clean design of the side mount box. I think it is a great system, and I encourage you to try one!!     Yep, got a hair cut today and had the tail cut off. When I retired from the Army in 1998 I tried to let it all grow but could not handle it. So I only let the tail grow. Now it is gone. I have always worried about a TM cut-a-way when I find myself under them, but I know I/we are a little bit away from them. Still it is on my mind.     I also like the back to earth opening shot, and it is kind of cool to see my feet in the frame as I back track away. I have done both the half barrel role and the half a back loop, it all depends on the speed of the TM for me. Sometimes the back-loop method pops me up, so I do the barrel role, like a half-ass pomal-horse kind of move. Attached is a shot with my feet in the view. I have a small avi file of a transition. I could send it to you if you like, it is from a customer who took his camera up and took shots of me while I took shots of him. By the way, those trap door shots are killer when they work!! I had a friend a long time ago do some cartoon work, here are some of the ones I have managed to save.     Dude, you know you have just cursed me I am sure I will wack a passenger now!!!! I do know a lot of TM's who are not very comfortable with a camera person under them, however; once they jump with one of us who have done it and can get in and out of the area, they seem much more at ease. I too do not use a hacky, I am a Racer man with a POP and NO AAd (just one less thing to kill the TM/customer). It saved my ass a month ago when the TM did not chunk the drouge and my FF skills allowed me to get the shot, and then he pulled a little lower than normal Anyway, OLD!!!!!
