    just a bit south of and half way between Bufflo and Rochester NY right on the NY state thurway. it's a nice area. Nice Airport too.

    Want to bet? United send their aircraft to Hong Kong & Korea for heavy checks, JetBlue and America West send their to El Salvado in south America. doubt they pay them 200 a month! bet they can't even read english in the aircraft manuals either. Southwest send their to vancouver BC Canada with the exchange rate of loonie they get about 10 bucks an hour. the 3rd party repair shops don't pay nothing. Timco and other shops here in USA have had dozens of mechanics arrested they were illegals and had fake A&P mechanics licenses too trust me these 3rd party repair shops are an accident waiting to happen.. we recently had several Ex United 777 come into base for work aircraft owners were appalled at the condition of aircraft from 3rd party work.. sent them to us to be fixed.. & sold

    out of country repair shops don't require A&P license and little FAA oversight and no drug / background checks either

I'll fly to california (bonnie gravity gear?) or where ever and pick your rig up and fly it to Houston Hobby for you so you can have your rig in time for skyfest... I work for American Airlines I can fly free just about any where any time. let me know... by the way Amanduh (DUH) knows me. i'm off work friday / sat / sunday I get off work at 7:30 am Monday _thursday can hop flight grab rig and bring it back same day for you if you'd like "express pick up" let me know.     justi if you don't get it by 5 pm thursday and it arrives later.. I'll be glad to fly to CMH or? and pick it up and fly it to Houston Hobby right down road from skyfest. I can fly free.... no big deal.. let me know also I'm off work friday / saturdays and Sundays.

    yea but southworst doesn;'t fly close to WFFC just Indy / Chicago midway or St. louis you can buy ticket on AA and fly American Eagle right into Willard airport be just 15 miles away from WFFC screw Southworst

    well new car's like my 2005 VW TDI have micro chip in them and "spare key" cost around 250 bucks. not cheap. plus they are big keys too.. not something that would ft in wallet..

    yea but SouthWorst send their C checks out country where its cheap (Canada) others like JetBlue and Amerca West send their to El Salador where I doubt they can even read manuals (english) and get paid like 300 a month. United Sends their aircraft to China (Hong Kong) and Korea now..Northwest is trying to do the same they already do.. but now trying lay off 2,034 mechanics and send more work over seas..these over seas people don't have A&P license, drug test etc and I doubt they have any training either..

    it's true... the 767-300 have 6,090 gallons max fuel in EACH wing tank and 11,960 gallon fuel in center belly tank..that's just the usable fuel.. theres still another 200 gallons or so of unusable fuel in sump tanks, and .at 7 pound per gallon of fuel. how would you like to pay the fuel bill? that's some 25,200 gallons of fuel!! that's alot of weight.., to land in emergency they have fuel dumps at each wing tip. pilot can select how much fuel want to dump and flip switch... and it'll start dumping fuel... it'll come out as a mist. after aircraft dumps so much fuel.. and is under max landing weight they land. we've had few aircraft do over weight landings and they get ferry flighted to overhaul base and under go big "over weight landing " inspection due to landing over weight. takes couple of day to do over weight landing inspection..everything has to be checked..everything!

    They fly brand spanking new Airbus A340 They fly brand spanking new Airbus A340 ?? Airbus 340?? that's a big airctaft 4 engine fuel hog... I think your thinking of Airbus 319 or 320 I don't care much for airbus aircraft. fly by wire with computer over riding pilot control inputs...been few crashes because pilot and computer were each tryin fly aircraft...

    Screw Southwest... they out source their aircraft heavy maintenance to cheap outfit in canada, and some 3rd party cheap sweat shop in AZ. they pay like 12 bucks hour to fix their aircraft... check around you can get ticket to St Louis almost as cheap as southwest. try for willard airport on American connection (trans states airways) from st Louis or American Eagle from chicago and rates will be competive with SOUTHWORST

    some company's if call in sick or miss work friday before holiday in this case, Monday 4th of July.. you won't get holiday pay...

    yea, Seems like WFFC is shrinking.. it started at Quicy with the hassel & BS with the cops.. it's never been the same since.. lot my friends now go couch freaks instead.
