Dance.... I put on some good hard house music and dance like my life depended on it.....I can almost feel the goosbumps now Chocoate I always have some kind of chocolate in the house, but it has to be the good stuff! (mmmmmm Godiva Dark chocolate) My friends My team (and a few select other sweet gals)have the ability to lift my spirits whenever I am down. We try to be there for each other whenever we can and we are pretty goofy when we are together...(you should know that already Joe!) lavender.. I have a lavender rollerball with me wherever I go. A few quick rolls and a good deep breath can sometimes be all I need to make me smile (I know, Im such a girl but it sure smells better than some other stuff on the plane) Hope that you are smiling sweetie...that was such a great grin you had on you last time we were on the plane together! Definately. The real stuff is excellent and my favourite tipple. If anyone's ever in Bristol (UK) I'll treat you to a night out in Ether - a bar that specialises in absinthe... many many wonderful nights out vaguly remembered there... I might just have to take you up on that when i come home late November. I coudl do with a good night out that I nearly remember! Do you know if Lakota is still open? nah... You guys were looking schweet this weekend. It was great being on the same training load as the Paracetes Nationals is going to be a whole lot of fun with all the Rford bunch there. We have thrown the idea of doing 8 way after 4way is done out there...so we may be in need of some help
