In 2 years this is the first incident that I have had. No write ups. Just letters of appreciation and awards. I dont care what the reason is, the other guy should have been sent home to but since he is in the good ole boy club he was given a free pass. This has been going on for some time now. The turnover rate this place has got I believe is proof to there failure in management unfair policy then enforce upon us. One guy gets this, but the next gets nothing. I will do this with a smile and in now 7 weeks when I am at my next job be smiling and laughing the entire way. I will also have the last laugh when my next employer has the next round of hiring in November and I take almost my entire crew with me. Lets see how they like an entire crew quitting at the same time. I have learned a great lesson here and that is how not to treat my co-workers and employees. I in the last few days have been hitting the gun range a lot. Nothing like blowing th hell out of some targets to get your mind off things. Went trap shooting yesterday. 275 rounds from my Ithica and my shoulder is just a little sore today. Havent shot trap in about 4 years. Man did I suck! But it sure was fun. The last I heard Brush is still closed. I think the one in Canon City is still open. Better call before you drive there though just to see. Maybe somebody who still lives there can give some better up to date info. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I have been with AT$T, Sprint, Verizon, now I am with t-mobile. I want to say T-mobile is the best service of the group. Never have a problem. Very few dropped calls. Worse one had to be sprint. Never could get through on the damn thing. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I didnt mean any disrespect like that. I was making a point that everybody has a past and not to get to wrapped up in it. I knew Roger for a few years before that tragic day and never brought up anything of it. I was just saying that people have pasts and I usually dont all bent out of shape about it. I have seen it, heard all the stories, jumped his plane and everything. Never asked about it. It's non of my business. As far as I am concerned he was found "Not Guilty". Had a nice chat with him at Skyfest. Really cool guy to talk airplanes with. I think damn near everybody with a big name in skydiving has a past. No, I just dont need him to tell me "Well the reson this happened ot that happened is because of something that happened 15 years ago or because my mom whooped my ass when I needed it". Or some crap like that. I dont like shrinks and think they are a waste of time. If I need to talk to somebody I have plenty of friends that I can spill my guts to or my fience who I tell everything. I dont feel like I need to tell a man I dont even know what my problems are and think he will have the answers just because he went to college for 7 years. Fear of what? He asked what was the cause of my outburst at work and I told him then he jumped right into wanting to know about my childhood.
