It,s bullet proof, I own 3 (all 134's). We used it on the drop tests for the Reflex. The canopy survived the over speed/ over weight tests extremly well. Nice ride if you have to use it. Mick. If the canopy survived all 3 of the over speed/over weight test, it is a tough canopy. As far as the max. weight recommended, Gary lived to be as old as he is by being conservative. The guarantee I am referring to is TSO-C23. That states that all components will be manufactured to very exacting standards. Then 90 degree bend test we are submitting pins to now should have been done(with 8#) on every pin/ripcord assembly before it ever left the manufactures shop. Every one on the load kick in a few bucks, go to the local rental yard and rent a light trailer. It will come with 3 or 4 real bright lights. They can be pointed in a downward angle to light up the landing area and are easy to see when spotting. Much safer than car light. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

The ripcord is manufactured under one or more TSO-C23 standards. They are to be proof tested 100% with two different test. The results are to be recorded and kept. This has not been done in all cases. If it had been, we would not have defective pins. Life safety equipment should have a 100% warranty(check your spelling) against defects in materials and workman ship. Would anyone in there right mind jump something that is guaranted to maybe work?
