You can get one of those converters at Radio Shack or most major discount store chains (in the electronics section) for cheaper than I can ship it to you. Well said however I must add that natural talent is a huge factor. I have been with chicks who have little-to-no experience that gave much better oral than some who claimed to be experts (and I KNEW they had the experience to back the claim up).
