  1. I use sportrx goggles. They have alll kinds of frames. I just go for the basic 101 model in clear polycarb. The lenses are terrific, but you do need to take care of them. The "frames" are not super durable. I usually get 3-4 years out of a pair. I tried wearing goggles over glasses and never had much luck. Very uncomfortable. Have fun with AFF!!! 2. As you state , the 9th and 10th Amendments grant this broad authority. I'm not sure what other "rights" would be necessary. It is my understanding that the Legislatures, both state and Federal are the source of most laws in the United States with the courts having a right or at least a precedent of 'judicial review'. Hence the system of checks and balances. Of course the Executive, being the power of the Federal Administration, can institute regulations of all kinds restricting all sorts of freedoms. Again, the Courts are the rightful place where these Executive or Departmental regulations may be challenged. I think the US Constitution is the most remarkable political document in human history. Flawed though it may be. I would be very hesitant to support any new Ammendment unless it addressed a fundamental positive political change. I think personal responsibility is the absolute right and duty of everyone. 6. Target shooting is great fun and relatively inexpensive. I am a big .22 fan myself. It's cheap ammo and with the right pistol or revolver you can drive tacks at 50'( a little parctice helps) I personally like the the Ruger 22/45 with the bull barrell or the Ruger Single Six. Don't get me wrong I've owned my share of 9mm and .357's, but they can be expensive to feed if you shoot a lot. Have fun!! 10. Democracy is messy business isn't it. It takes more than one point of view to make it work at all. Maybe after the mid terms we should all take a deep breath and see if there is any common ground left to work on. 20. When I saw my oldest daughter for the first time. She was about 8 minutes old, with a pointy conehead, blue and covered in green poop. I had no idea what to do with that. Now she's 17 and I still have no idea. But she's mine and I love her dearly. 24. I have been using goggles from SportRx.com and have been pretty happy with them. They have a lot of styles and are cheap enough to lose in freefall. By cheap I mean $ 125.00 compared to some prescription sunglasses $300.++ I much prefer these to trying to jump with goggles over glasses.
