Skydiving full time definitely did it for me. Worked full time at a DZ rigging and doing video for about 6-7 years I guess. Was also going to school part time. When I went to the real world I took a solid year off w/o a single jump. Did not miss it. Went out and got back in a video loop and had a fricken blast, but now the main thing was hanging out with good friends and having a good time. That is still my focus. People look at you like you are crazy for being into other things... I just wanna tell 'em to STFU and come talk to me when their sole source of income for 7 years was skydiving... I will prolly never be as passionate as I once was. The days of "ohmyfuckinggod its sunny and I have a spare hour I BETTER GET TO THE DZ BECAUSE THEY ARE HAVING FUN W/O ME!!!" are long gone. People who say try new things are right. I would like to focus on swooping at a competitive level and maybe birdman stuff in the future...
