Does it say anywhere that he wishes to exclude any religions from receiving federal funds? If not, it don't sound like a problem to me. Remember, this country was founded on a basis of freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. As long as the Islamic, Buddhist, Taoist, Jewish, etc faiths all get a piece of the pie as well, I do not have a problem with it. Why not throw some money at groups who are already set up to do some helping? Better than setting up a new or expanding existing government agencies.... p.s. I am an athiest. Actually I am more of a road biker myself, I just like having the option of going somewhat yucky places if need-be. If I were to look at my bike as a car, it would be a Quattro. Nice to have a Mt Bike-type bike for riding some of the wetland trails along the SF Bay... __________________________________________________ What would Vic Mackey do?

So I sometimes ride my bike around town. Yesterday I encountered like 3 or 4 packs of 6 road bikers, each pack in team cycling wear, riding tightly spaced in two rows of three. We were on a narrow trail, it was up to me to squeeze as far over to the side as possible while these goat-ass-fuckers didn't budge an inch, because, "hey, why should we have to move for a ghetto guy in a thermal top and riding a mere rockhopper? Look Pepe, he doesn't even have clip in bike shoes!" These fuckers looked at me like I was some sort of dork-ass. I kept thinking, yeah dude, I am not the one who looks like an escapee from South Park's French Canada. I wanted to shove my bike pump in their friggen spokes like that movie "Breaking Away". Shoot, didn't even see this. Thanks for the Bday wishes all. The first was a truly shitty day. Had to ride my bike through a storm (almost) a long ways to get my car so I could go the the airport. 1 and 2 pin Pop Top pull forces

Yo! I am more or less out of the rigging game, but back in the day, realizing that if you set the pin(s) on a Reflex or Racer, THEN tightened down the pop top, you were setting someone up for a hard pull, I used a simple technique to avoid this: Tighten down the pop top with the temp pin(s) IN. THEN insert the ripcord pin(s) in the normal manner. My theory was that if you can put the pin in using only a packing paddle and knee plate, the pull forces should be acceptable. It may be above the 22lbs, but not in the "impossible to pull" range. To be sure, getting the ripcord pins in while the loops are tightened down is a bitch, but it IS doable. Mainly you have to be creative with knee plate placement. Am I just dumb? __________________________________________________ What would Vic Mackey do? -
