yes it is in NC...GOD...it was a ploy to try and get the letters on the plate....i dont have a sister in college, and she lives in OH not SC......it was a big story i made up to tell the DMV in order to make the plate.....you know..a big Hoax....man yall analyze things to much. you know I went to the DMV and told the, that my sister is graduating Pembroke University in SC, and i wanted a personal plate to support her in that. Well obviously I couldnt fit "I Love Pembroke University SC" on a license plate. So I told her..ok just make it ILOVPUSC......wonder why she didnt let me get the plate? ok i really dont have the money to buy the rebel and a new lens. So if i gaphers tape the lens at the 18 setting, would it be that much of a diffrence to the 15mm?
