me personally, i have a strbo for my still and a GM for my video.....i like the GM better only for the fact that it is easier to mount. its only two plates....no springs and little washers/spacers to mess with. IMO just easier.....they both hold securly ....if mounted correctly....there is a little play in the GM between the two plates.....but very little. "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas

well, is it a InfoTech or an InfoLithium battery? I have a friend who had and old battery and couldnt understand why he would charge it all night and in the morning it wouldnt have enough power to eject a tape. it was a InfoTech, and it was flat out Dead "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas
