Why is it that i work hard to make my living, i defend this country, i taken bullet for the country, and on christmas day someone decides that their best christmas gift would be everything in my house???? most everything can be replaced....but i lost all my photos that i had on my computer.....memories cant be replaced... i have royal-lens .3 and .5 i found when first starting videoing the the .3 was to wide for my liking.....so i use the .5 now...but will keep the .3 for if i ever go to nationals for videoing. "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas

HEY what the hell!!! im already here....was wicked cold Monday when i showed up.....didnt even go to the DZ....i mean 42 degrees Brrrr....but yesterday it was almost 70.....funny FL people all bundled up and i was sweating...Made two jumps videoing Oren's groups....had one guy dump in my face...scary...but we lived and even not going for the pond i almost hit it...almost swooped further then i thought i could. its really a matter of personal prefrance....i have seen many flyers get great video weather they are shooting a .2 or no lens at all....just keep in mind that the wider lens you get the closer you will have to fly.......2-.3 you will have to be basically docked on their feet to get them full frame (4-way) i personally fly a Stealth .5 from www.royal-lens.com And with tandems i can take a hand dock and dont have to feel overly uncomfortable when filming RW cause im so close. But also if you get a lens from there, you can only zoom in half power before the subject becomes blurry, no matter the distance. "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas

its really amazing how when you do catch a riser you wont feel it......i have had a riser catch the back bone of my FTN and actually ripped a piece right off of it....it was just an observation seeing that it only comes open on deployment but the second strap should fix the problem. unfortanatly in this sport i think we have known or know of someone who has passed. I personally this year have had six people i know pass....its been a rough year. Never gets any easier, but life goes on. Just makes me feel better knowing that they are now skydiving their asses off and never have to pull. "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas
