Did anyone compare the view angle of the Raynox 3032 with the Century 0.55 on a CX100/105?

I did just that and it's pretty much identical in depth and width. (PC120) My point is: is the standard-battery included in the 107mm depth? I don't think so, but I'm not sure... When you would a bit larger battery it probably wouldn't fit. But nothing a dremel can't fix

So, did anyone try to squeeze a CX100/105 in a 2K FF2 yet? I think (hope) that if the backside of the door is worked on with a dremel it could maybe fit... This way the battery would stick out of the housing.

Here's a hero who sidemounted a cam and put a SLR on top of his Gath. Jumped it for quite a while by the way. Not anymore though, he now uses a proper helmet (Bonehead FTP) He told me the Gath showed huge cracks all over the place when he took the gaffer off. My thoughts exactly. The 2K sideFX does have a bigger flat top. Shouldn't be that hard to combine the FF3 and sideFX molds.

The new version of the Rawa has a "hard" forehead area. I own a ff2. I think both helmets are really good, but the ff2 has the edge. I second Pilotdave's comments.

I had the same problem about three weeks ago. It turned out to be a problem with the firewire interface of the camera. (pc120) I had to replace the camera because the repair costs were higher than a 2th hand pc110. I hope you have more luck than me...
