I've got a CX116 with the Opteka 0.3 on a Cookie Ozone incl. Cookie flatlock and blackbox. Steadyshot: Standard No problems whatsoerver!
-
looks more like LTE to me...
-
Does it use magnets to close it or tabs??
-
So it took a bit longer, was too busy jumping
-
Any way to upgrade from 9 to 10 for a decent price?
-
I've assembled my Cookie Ozone, liquid flatlock and cookie CX150 blackbox yesterday. I will make some photo's and post 'm here soon.
-
Not true, you can change this setting in the menu.
-
I've ordered a Cookie blackbox for my CX116E, so the handstrap needed to be removed. Although it's pretty straight forward, here are some pictures of the proces. I added arrows to show which screws you need to remove. To seal the holes I used little pieces of 3mm neoprene. Hope this will help someone!

Vey nice! Did you win the festival?
-
You might wanna check that url, all I see is a couple of birds jamming on a electric guitar.... Nice solo at 1:05 by the way
-
Have you tried to look at the background only? Maybe it's a personal thing, but I can see the whole background shaking quite obvious. (in the shots with the earth showing) More than enough for me to go for a CX100/105/115 etc.
-
Yep, thanks! Does the rubber-like patch on the bottom of the cookie box come standard?
-
Nice!

Do you use 1080i (30fps) on your CX100? I believe the CX110/150 can record 1080i at 60fps, hopefully it will eliminate the slowmo stutter! I saw on the dutch sony website the european versions, they are called the CX115, CX116 and the CX155 The CX116 has 8GB internal memory.

So DSE, what's your verdict?

Maybe it did remind you of being born?
-
Hopefully not, it has OIS... I think (hope) this CX500 is not in the same "class" as the CX100.
-
Well, my Japanese is not up to the job. Can't seem to find it... Maybe someone can provide me a hyperlink? please (via PM) I guess DSE's hands are a bit tied in this matter. The CX100 is in my opinion not yesterdays news and I would be really happy to own one. In this forum you can read a lot that one should not buy equipment long before you will be able to use it. Mainly because of the reasons I described in my first post. That (and my curiosity) is the reason of my question. It would be especially nice to know what the dimensions will be.

I'm going to buy a whole new setup this winter. While the CX100/105 might be the safe (and cheaper) option, getting a newer, upgraded version sounds also quite interesting. gotta have the newest toy, right? So, does anyone know what Sony has got in the pipeline??? (rumors will also do)

What's the best place to fit the HypEye in the cookie box? left/back/top?

Baby Death Lens (MKII Century 37mm .3x wide angle)
Shoot replied to bomb420's topic in Photography and Video
So, it seems that the only two possibilities for a HD inside WA-lens on the CX100/105 are the Baby Death and the cheaper Opteka version of it... Both quite big chunks of glass, would love to see a smaller lens with the same capabilities....
