I'm new to this site, and this was the first posting I read. I love it. I teach High School here in Alaska and talk to my students all the time about skydiving. I've even been there as a few of my students have done their first tandem. Of course we're not jumping these days with the winter weather. Your story has brought on a smile that will last all day! I'm interested in hearing what happens. I say he'll make some excuse not to be there. School's out! Let's jump!
