do NOT drink any more red bull... 3 is already too much... trust me, the caffine will just fuck you up and stop decent sleep when you can finally get it, and you'll just feel worse. unfortuantely, when you've got a real lack of sleep, there isn't much you can do. Drinking lots of water sometimes helps, or grabbing some food. Fresh airs is also handy, but nothing is going to be better than sleep. If you get a lunch break, try to get your head down for a little bit. I've tried and tested this method, and after some research (i found it in some real research) 15 mintues of sleep will work to bring you semi back... any less and its not effective, any more and it'll put you into a deepeer sleep and it can make you feel slightly worse. 15 minutes is the magic number, set and alarm or something....
