DO you guys have any rules on cases of beer on the DZ's here? *B license: case of beer *D license: Case of beer *Jumpmaster: Case of beer *50 jumps: case of beer *1000 jumps: case of beer *First cutaway: case of beer *First gear: case of beer. (Case is ONLY to be consumed by skydivers. No spouses, kids or dogs). Blue skies!! There is still lots of time to learn it..

Hi guys. I am looking for a cool DZ to hang out with other skydivers all weekend, sleep at, get up, jump and have barbeques. What makes this trickier is that I am also trying to find a place with lots of kids and kid activities. Any place with climbing wall? So I am looking for a utopia. Is there such a place? There is still lots of time to learn it.. -
I went to watch a DZ this weekend and felt high as a kite for two days after. I don't smoke, do drugs and only had 5 beers the whole day. The new students went up on SL and 5-seconds and I almost died watching them exit from the ground. Back for sure... There is still lots of time to learn it..

Hi guys. I am coming back after decades of absence and will be starting a new course and then we shall see. Meet you all on a DZ nearby. (I got sooo many old stories to share)

Very true.. I have a feeling that at some time, we will all be turned into one of those Hollywoodesque' Buddhists and go chase the Nirvana high. And philosophically as well as scriptural, ahimsa matters. And our Holy scholar is right!! Without God, there is nothing. Think about it. Look at the stars and learn them. I spend 1/2 an hour a day or so. You are small!! Insignificant!! Puny!! My 5 year old daughter lead climbs high cliffs. She looks sooooo small. Like nothing!! There is still lots of time to learn it..

My skydiving and non-skydiving years, I have always had cat. They seem to share the same introspective mindset as so many of us, while being social One of my DZ's even had a "DZ-cat" that used to chase jumpers as they came down. Maybe that would be the next kick for the BASE jumpers, land in an African lion preserve and try swooping away. Don't pack a 7-celler, LOL. There is still lots of time to learn it..

Oh gosh..... This is nothing. Great kudos to OP for reflecting upon himself though. GREAT courage for going down again!! I know I would never have dared to... 5 first (!!) SL jumps were failed. The first one ever, I fell out of plane as JM was spotting. I was almost told to quit at a time. When you get to the 7-seconds and really start feeling the air and seeing the ground, it is AWESOME and throwing the pilot chute is a sad thing . I was very lucky and got to finish my training with AFF. If you are up for that, I am confident it will be much better experience. Otherwise, I hated jumping from 206 as student. Being on the wing is sooo much easier. You are already 10000 times ahead of us others. Showing great humility and courage to face your demons!! Keep it up and let me know when you get your A and we will fly together. You can PM me any time. I work with sports psychology and coaching as well (not skydiving though, LOL). "This too shall pass".. Blue Sky! There is still lots of time to learn it..

"Climate change" started for real to be politicized back in the mid-70's. I vaguely remember my parents telling me there would be a new ice age in "100 years". At that time, nobody thought much about it. In the mid-80's, the European left was struggling to get a new issue as the classic proletarian pandering was not working well much more. After all, the middle class was large, most people had homes and comforts and there was no significant conflicts. Then, the green agenda started. The left embraced this as a possibility to postulate the Uber-government, where taxations and control was to be handed over to big government. In these days, there was a term called "eco-fascists", who created all kinds of disturbances and in a "righteous" vigilantism. By the early 90's corporate interests noticed how this was something to make a penny off and after the Y2K scam, it was realized how far they could go to extract something off mass consensus. A skydiver should always and philosophically reject consensus. That is what brought us together to begin with. You all may not think jumping out of an intact airplane is a big deal and I agree, but most others do. The consensus of what we do is both irrational and highly useless to societal economics and structure. Therefore, we should always be aware of these realities and reject temptations to fall in line. Finally, are you willing to pay triple the prizes for jumping off airplanes? Or simply not being able to at all without special permit? If the globalist-backed consensus in United Nations had their ways, you all would have to. There would be ZERO sympathy from the "global community" if we all could not do what we are doing. Trump has everything to lose and nothing to gain by releasing his tax returns. The media will only dig into it, chop it into pieces and use it to attack him every day for last60. Then it is better to cope with the already established whining from the same players. When it comes to releasing vital information, how about Hillary coming clean with whatever is wrong with her? Trumps tax returns may lower him 1-3% in the polls. Hillary's health records would do far more damage to her, IMHO. Finally, IRS needs to think twice before auditing another non-liberal before election season next time. I am stunned that Hillary campaign did not coordinate this better. There is still lots of time to learn it..
