My son just finished high school, was an average student. Has no idea what he wants to do in life and wants nothing to do with college untill he figures out what and where. I thanked him for not wasting my money. He is mechanically inclined, learns fast and a hard worker. I suggested he look into the Air Force and see if there were some support roles he could fit into and learn a trade or skill, all while giving him time to see what direction in life he wants to take...opinions please and any experience's welcome, thanx smile, be nice, enjoy life FB # - 1083

My best friends daughter is getting married while still in college, the wedding has been moved up due to the fact that her husband to be is joining the Marines and they seem to think if he is married there will be less of a chance to get sent over to Irag or Afgan conflicts. I don't buy this, i don't think if you are married or not makes any difference. I thought i read somewhere that 65% of folks in the Military are married anyway. Usually a hang load is pre organized,,where by every one on the dive gets to chose to be on it or not,,thats entirely different than a moments notice and some guy does something he may have planned in his head that no one else knows about,,thats BS man...entirely.
