Dude,the fact that you are even typing,looking for options seems to me to be missing the point. Just walk away,Don't talk,read or look at skydiving,just stay away. Jankie,,I think you are the problem,,just look at your post again.Sounds professional ,well thought out, and i'm sure you tried to sit down calmly with a service rep and explain all your issue's,right. My wife is a flight attendant and travels all over weekly,we've had AT&T/Cingular for 10 years and would give them high marks.
