    You should be proud ! Its one of the worst things for you ! It has a wierd system that doesn't get rid of toxins very well. Some where out there I read the Goverment document stating that preg women and children should not eat it more than once a week. Its unbelievable how much Mercury and stuff stay in those damn things.
