you are absolutely correct. i've seen whole drilling rigs dissapear into cavities in the earths surface, real scary stuff. some years ago, a crater opened up in florida and swallowed a man's house cars, and everything. but bear in mind, the more we remove from underneath the earth's surface the more cavernous it becomes, thus the surface overcomes the formation pressure(s) and falls the other way, which is south. we have massive salt dome storage facilities around the gulf coast in texas, and near where i live, because of the presence of salt domes, the energy companies, and our government love to store all kinds of hydrocarbons in them, including natural gas for emergency use. about ten years ago, a "fail safe" or "check" valve failed on one of the pipelines near the underground storage caverns, you would not believe the carnage, and destruction of humans, property, and animals. the blast was so severe it removed all of the grass off of the ground, all of the limbs off of trees, it blew a 3/4 ton ford truck 3/4 mile into the air, and dropped it from the blast site, more than one human lost their lives that day, and millions in property damage. i've got video, i was one of the first on the scene, it was very ugly. it ain't nice to fool with "mother nature" Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

**Dude, no wonder you have problems. You can't even get the basics right. That song was one of Colin Raye's greatest hits!** why....what an ugly thing to say! does this mean we're cross? cause if you and i were'nt friends anymore, i don't think i could bear it. pardon me for mistaking the artist's name, mr. picky! there, now we can be friends again. P.S. by the way, i don't have any problems, not that i can't handle anyways, i guess my weak point would more than likely be wise asses and the like............ Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

"break-off" alt. according to an eye witness who observed the downplane! it was nerve racking, spine tingling, dripping with sheer horror, when all of the sudden......she pops up unscathed and smiling! and now for the rest of the story, aw hell, later! Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

man, that's kinda hard to splain'! i guess sammy kershaw's exerpt form his famous song wouldn't do this here feller no good at all "that's my story, and i'm stickin' to it" but then again, i guess you could "lie to the end" but busteds busted! BAM. i've never been caught...much too sly! ok, ok i'm lying, i'm not on my 4th marraige for being 100% committed....... Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

i read all the responses from your thread topic. and i must admit, now, to say the least i'm confused by the responses. not long ago there was a thread in these very forums that was entitled "do you tip your rigger?" i always do, but there were a lot of folks saying they should do it because they're professional, and it's they're job, they take pride in they're work, etc...in fact i was slightly scorched for my remarks. now i see we should supply them with a fifth of whiskey, plus the pack job. so which is it, tip, or not to tip? or tip with a fifth? i'm all confused by now, not that that takes much, but that's besides the point. personally, i'll continue tipping my rigger, but NOT with whiskey, and NO, i won't buy beer for any such occasion. remember...you wanted HONEST opinions. i GAVE a $325.00 FF suit to a fellow sky diver who just got off of the AFF program at the dz. he had about 65 jumps and was trying to do sits, and head downs in a rw suit. he's a good young man, so i helped him out. plus it's my way of giving back. i've got two new DaKines anyway. (only one of which i like) i need to find a better mfgr. of suits, so it doesn't take so long to get them. Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"
