I'm so glad you posted that definition... b/c when I look at it, I have to conclude that I do not "suffer from" xenophobia. I neither hate NOR fear anyone or any nationality. It really irks me when someone accuses a person as being xenophobic just b/c they don't like a person or a race etc. Dislike is not = fear and hate. To me it's similar to the homosexuality debate. I don't agree w/ the homosexual lifestyle. But you know what? That doesn't make me homophobic, which is a label I hear FAR too often... I neither hate nor fear homosexuals. I've had an edifying chat w/ BlueEyedMonster and to me he is a genuine person who is very likeable and who happens to be gay. Big deal. That is such a cop out for people to attach those "phobia" labels instead of looking at real reasons for one person disliking another person or for disagreeing w/ another person. dontcha mean 30 mm? my dad used to scoop up the spent rounds from the firing range when we lived at Edwards AFB. Those suckers were huge. I've never heard it in real life, but I remember hearing it does affect the airspeed... mighty impressive. -the artist formerly known as sinker

oh man... me too.... I'm on airliners.net all the time!!!! Partially b/c I fly alot for my job and I am always seeing cool new color schemes or bizarre planes and I look them up on that site. They have some great stuff there. Even jump planes too. -the artist formerly known as sinker

every other month I have business in Shreveport LA, very near Barksdale AFB. Of course that place is famous for the 8th AF and it's huge # of B-52s, but it also has a little wing of A-10s also. After work I often go to this little out of the way road just off the end of the runway and watch the huge bombers and the A-10s come in... it's just awesome. -the artist formerly known as sinker
