well, it's TOO much bike actually... it's bored out, high compression, aftermarket piston, rings, valves, etc. I blew the f*cking motor a coupld months ago on the way to the dz. but god that thing was a torque monster! 3rd gear wheelies were effortless. that student you described... couldn't help but smile... that was my wife's tandem pose. The TM was a short dude, like 5'4" or so, handled it with incredible poise. Let the flip happen on exit, knew exactly where they were in the air and out came the drogue right when it needed to be. man, that's so cool you're livin this man! very cool. i do know a little about moto-x... I've got an XR-650 torque monster w/ a huge 5 gal baja tank. so how does taking a tandem student out feel? seriously... is it strange to have all that weight attached? hard to get stable? -the artist formerly known as sinker

I think it's great... Dave had some nice looking actress on recently, maybe two or three weeks ago... I forget who it was... anyway, he and she talked at length about her love of skydiving... she ribbed him about making a tandem, he declined, but w/ enough support, who knows! -the artist formerly known as sinker

see, that's just the problem.... you see it as a WOMEN'S issue, b/c WOMEN get abortions. But it is a HUMAN issue... not just a woman's issue. early in the thread, I actually voiced my discomfort about it continuing in the women's forum and suggested we take it elsewhere. however, it didn't happen.
