Response not directed to anyone. Although I don't agree with a no refund policy I do understand the reasons. Labor cost, credit card charges and ,lets be honest, getting people to come back(or not). There should however be a little common sense mixed in for when people have traveled a long distance to come jump with someone. If someone traveled several hundred miles or if lets say an airline flight is involved and you keep their money you are just stealing.

I think that is the plan if he can't find something else.

You should jump a different canopy when doing big way and let everyone else worry about themselves.

Andy, There are alot of DZs that operate that way. I put money on account in Maine once and then ended up shooting video for a 4-way team all day. Went back at the end of the day and got the no refund speech. Almost had to make an ass of myself to get my $100 back.

Umm, No it will not. Sore subject. Guy from ATT set up meeting in Fitzgerald with the city,local phone company and myself. Several days before the meeting they decided they couldn't do this and never canceled the meeting. ATT sucks.

I wanted to remind everyone a couple things about the boogie. -This is not a regular DZ. If there is something you need, bring it. Rubber bands,pullup cords,packing weights(if you can),packing tarp. -We have no way to process credit cards on site and I would be out of my mind to take a bunch of out of state checks. There are ATMs in town. Show up with CASH. -Be nice or leave. -Clean up after yourself. The people helping to run the boogie are not there to pickup your trash. -Be patient. Be nice or leave. -It gets busy in registration in the mornings. I recommend that you register when you get there and not wait till everyone else gets there. If this system fails to work I will be forced in the future to set up a registration tent at the entrance and pass the cost on to you. -Don't be the one who fucks it up for everyone else. I am very tolerant, BUT, If someone asks you to stop doing something,STOP. If you have a problem with someone else asking you to stop something, STOP anyway and come see me. If I ask you to STOP doing something Fucking STOP. Rest assured if you are doing something that will fuck this up for everyone else you will not have to guess who called the police. -Speaking of the Police.They are aware of the party going on out there and I'm sure they will be watching the traffic going back and forth to town.Don't Drink and Drive. We have had no issues that I am aware of and they have not targeted skydivers like they did in Dublin. Lets not give them a reason to. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. Come and have fun. P.S. When Julie worked for RJ Reynolds, their way of covering for the people that didn't do their jobs was to re-align the territories about ever 2 yrs. that is more scary than landing off. few weeks ago i was doing a 2 way belly and first out. first thing we saw when we looked out was a fucking airplane right under us. That's why you look before you climb out, that is if you are at a DZ where they teach you that. I've been to a few places where everyone was too cool to concern themselves.

PD is coming with canopies. Registration $35 Lift Tickets $25 ( possible $26 I'm waiting to find out about situation at the airport) If they have to buy fuel to cover what we will need it will probably be $26

First of all, stop looking up at your deployments, you are going to break your neck. That wasn't that bad, the camera stayed on. Not bragging but I had one once with a Flat Top Pro on my head that opened in one frame of the video. I don't recommend it.

Thanks Mark, I'll figure out what the repack date is. When you show up your rig will need to be in date for the entire event in order to get tagged and be able to use at the event.

I know of someone who cut away the wrong canopy first so when they cut away the first one and then deployed the second one, the second one went bye bye.
