Holy Shit!!That sucks.I had a truck stolen about a year and a half ago.They found it undamaged but it was still a pain in the ass.

We had a 5-way head down untill I could shake the rest of them off of me.

Ok,I'm semi recovered.Went to bed at 10pm last night and just got up. Trey thanks for a great time.You put on a show that will be impossible to match at Dublin unless I burn a car at 4:20am or something.I had a great time and some good skydives with old friends and new. We managed to get most of the RVs power out in the slum without launching a power pole into low orbit.I had 280amps of breakers in a 100amp panel.I'm glad everyone didn't make coffee at the same time in the morning. Thanks to most of you who cleaned up around your area before you left.To the ones who drove off and left trash with an imprint of a car in the middle and all of your empty whip-it canisters on the ground(as Mancia would say) Doe-de-doe.Believe it or not it's not someone elses job to cleanup after you. It was great to see everyone.I wish some of you would make it out to the DZ more often.Great to meet the Long Island crowd, not all New Yorkers are assholes but some forget which group they are in when they leave the airplane.I've promised a RoamingDZ invasion sometime next year.Whos in? I'm sure I've forgotten to mention something.I'm still in a bit of a fog.Everyone stay safe and hope to see you all in Dublin Ga. March 14-18 2007.

The poster above hit a good point. Don't aerial maps have a parachute symbol on them to warn aircraft there is a DZ down there? Isn't the pilot of the "target" aircraft at least partially responsible to steer clear of an obvious hazard? Yes there are symbols,No they are not required to stay out of the area.This falls into the catagory of whats safe is not always legal and what is legal is not always safe.

Sorry but if any laws are made you can bet your ass it will be restricting skydiving not the other way around.The FAA along with local governments tolerate us when we don't cause problems.Think about that the next time your making an ass out of yourself at the airport.Not directed at the poster.

Let's get through the Christmas boogies first, please! Well I'll have something else to talk about before Christmas is over.The Dublin Warmup Boogie will be the middle of February.I have not done a Bolingbroke Boogie in about 4 yrs and you only turn 40 once if you make it that long.Stay tuned.
