The really funny part is politicians say shit like that all the time and people listen to them.

Question about spotting.
CSpenceFLY replied to npgraphicdesign's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
That was almost funny. Keep trying... That wasn't a joke. I always spot for the freebag and main to land on target. If so, then everyone can certainly fly their canopies to the DZ. I learned to spot jumping a round parachute. You either spotted well or took long hikes. Yep, not a joke. If you are ever after me on a load you better check the spot because I am damn sure spotting for my free bag. -
Skydiving vs. life priorities
CSpenceFLY replied to npgraphicdesign's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Pretty much agree. I spent a good 6 or 7 years at the DZ every weekend. Then if that was not bad enough I started having Boogies. It's all about what you want out of life but I would not start charging jumps. I got a loan for my first rig. If you make 3 or 4 jumps a month you are making payments on a rig if you are renting. I was shooting video by the time i had 200 jumps but that is a big no no now a days. Over 9 years my skydiving has pretty much paid for itself. -
You should get a better packer.

Coolest Lego model you'll see in the next 30 seconds

I would love to know how much that cost. -
I am also going to assume that you have not been in the sport long and don't have many jumps. An accurate profile is a good thing. I hope that you talked to a rigger before you started changing things on your gear. A large pilot chute if not needed can add to hard openings in some cases. You should really try to figure out why you had a pilot chute in tow before you start changing gear.

This says all I need to know about you. You are part of the problem. Your attitude makes people worry about their rights. We dealt with the likes of you in Dublin. Instead of trying to find the facts the local police treated us like criminals. It was uncalled for and it made people not want to cooperate.

Pilot bails out of new Cessna 162 in flat spin.
CSpenceFLY replied to propslop's topic in The Bonfire
I think it will take more then 2 days for them to figure that out. Since it was a test flight you may never know. -
If I made a post like this people would say I was angry.

Fixed it for you.Runs a long way to hide.

You're starting to hear that more and more. I wonder if it has something to do with the skydivers?

"Well, at least they died doing what they loved." All things being equal,if it happens to me, I will be no happier no matter what I was doing when it happened.

DZ Sleepover - What's The Hospitality Etiquette?
CSpenceFLY replied to LuckyMcSwervy's topic in The Bonfire
What if they "blowjob involved" had razors for teeth? I bet you'd change your tune!! What the hell would make you say something like that? I thought I was sick. -
I need to rebuild my Floyd collection. I had almost all of them on Cassettes back in the 80s.

Gotcha beat!! I found my 2004 Harvest Moon Boogie video in the motor home last weekend. That was a boogie. We need to talk Jack into coming back down one year and doing that again. That and the Chester boogie the same year(I think) were probably the best two boogies I ever went to.

You had to go to the DR.,twice, how good could it have been.

Happy Birthday!!! I would have posted it yesterday but I didn't know it was your birthday.
-
I don't think you can call that a landing.

DZ Sleepover - What's The Hospitality Etiquette?
CSpenceFLY replied to LuckyMcSwervy's topic in The Bonfire
And this is why we have never had an open door policy. We've also been known to have "just say no" weekends and we don't let anyone crash with us for any reason. It is our home away from home. Sometimes we just want peace and quiet. But to the OP - your thank you and the fact that you appreciated the place to crash goes a long way. If it turns out that you do crash there often, then a "gift" - money, beer, whatever would be appreciated. It costs more to haul and maintain a camper than most people realize. Cool. Sounds like a good idea. I think a "just say no" weekend is cool. How are you supposed to get a little action with visitors??? Me sleeping in my bed hasn't stopped several visitors from getting lucky. That is why there is a very short list of people that we let stay with us, well unless there is a blowjob involved. -
I have had bike fever lately

We are all wrong. They are going to be attacked by wild monkeys. They are all going to die,the monkeys are going to fix the plane and eventually take over the world.

He must have been drunk to let you ride that if you have never riden before.

I read in Skydiving that they had been re-certified to fly again.
