its a long story. i'll have to tell you in person. anyways, how have you been. i did get to jump once during memorial day weekend when i was on pass from airborne school. haven't been back to raeford since. i'll be out there to see everyone this saturday though.

after jumping my ass off for 6 months I couldn't jump for 4 months b/c of basic and jump school. get back and am finally gonna get to jump and then break my hand and am out another 4 weeks.

at airborne school right now, yesterday made 1st jump and today we just sat around in the harness shed (low clouds all today) we're gonna try to get 4 jumps in and outprocess in the next 2 days so we can graduate on time (6June)

yes, a refresher would be nice. if i don't dip them knees just smack my helmet in freefall and say you'll break my freakin neck!

MMMMMAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT! Wuz up! I should graduate jump school June 6 and I am off until the 18th. I'm gonna need you to fix my broken wings, so I can fly again. My 21st BDay is on the 13th. I'm gonna get Brandy a Tandem. I can't wait to jump w/ you and that other crazy ass. I just made my first static line jump today. BEER!

On my second jump we went up and it was blue skies but when we jumped out next thing I knew I was getting whacked in the face by raindrops. I had a Protec helmet on too (student status) and it really sucked. I wouldn't recommend jumping in the rain and definetly not without a full face helmet.

This is not a question of which one does someone recommend for me. I'm just wondering which main canopy is preferred by expierienced skydivers, stiletto's or cobalts.

I would have done the same. The pilot is not the one getting out. Just because the green light comes on I still look to make sure the spot is good. -
I'm going to Basic @ Ft. Benning, GA. Hey Matt, I just found out I'm not going to Basic until the 27th so I can come out and jump Saturday if its good weather.

Yeah, thanks for the advice. When my dad was in the army they found out he had skydive'd before and made him do a lot of push ups and get out the aircraft before everyone else.
