I read that - I'm not arguing with you over your perceived stance - You and I agree on that. It's the lack of a simple Yes or No when asked if he should be charged as an adult. Some posters in this forum, including you and I, can be pretty persnickety when it comes to details, you know.
-
You and I agree on that. (I also realize you are not going to give a straight answer, so, please don't join the crowd when they ask me for specifics in the future.) It's your brethren here that are out for blood.

Why would you exclude homicides? Are they not violent crimes?
-
Yep - Now - Can you go find the other side? Can you find where the Democrats wanted to push it through? Are you only going to look at one side of the issue?
-
I'll take that advice. Is there anything I should to do to clean it completely off my machines? Is it just the app? Are browsers vulnerable as well?

Is NBC good enough for you? (Bolding Mine) I like how he goes on to say that they made SURE of it too. [I was fucked over very well, and I'll not be voting for that party, at least not for president.] https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/obama-admin-knew-millions-could-not-keep-their-health-insurance-flna8C11484394 That means the administration knew that more than 40 to 67 percent of those in the individual market would not be able to keep their plans, even if they liked them. Yet President Obama, who had promised in 2009, “if you like your health plan, you will be able to keep your health plan,” was still saying in 2012, “If [you] already have health insurance, you will keep your health insurance.” “This says that when they made the promise, they knew half the people in this market outright couldn’t keep what they had and then they wrote the rules so that others couldn’t make it either,” said Robert Laszewski, of Health Policy and Strategy Associates, a consultant who works for health industry firms. Laszewski estimates that 80 percent of those in the individual market will not be able to keep their current policies and will have to buy insurance that meets requirements of the new law, which generally requires a richer package of benefits than most policies today.

Let me ask this then. Is the violent crime rate higher or lower in the UK?
-
So? We know Trumps record. It was asked, "What exact decision did he make. Same question you are asking above." I answered the question, and so, now, you go on the defensive for Obama, and say Trump lied too. Now you are making excuses for Obama. One person did not cause the other to act. You simply find Obama's lies justified, and palatable. There is no outrage like you have for Trump.

Which right wingers? I want to wait for the replies and match them up. It is a shame that the sex of a person is politicized, isn't it?
-
This is going off topic, but your statement surprises me. So, just so we are clear here, you disagree with the decision to charge Rittenhouse as an adult?
-
Then be offended by reality.
-
So, do you think its fair to say that they want control over the data then? (They = The Gubmint)

What concept is that? The one where the rape is real, or the one where the rape is only accused after the one partner is scorned and wants to cause harm? I understand them both, do you?

Freedom of expression. That is achieved through not limiting the press. Tiktok is as much of a news outlet as anything in the media today -
-
He decided to go forward with the mantra KNOWING it was false.

And they call me out for conjecture? Bah!

I think you need to go back and read my comments. Hillary wanted to rush through Scalia's replacement. As far as what Mcconnell cares about ramming down our throats - look to your own party and tell me they are innocent, or label yourself as just as much the hypocrite as you do me.

Unless you get something like 2 - 2 term presidents of the same party.

I was referring to the image that I posted earlier of HRC. Post 28. In a nutshell, sh claimed it would be dishonoring the constitution if you don't vote in a new SCJ before the election. Of course - Obama was president then. I'm pretty sure the opinion has now flipped over a flop. You are probably right about the rest - I went off memory and didn't fact check myself.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/19/tech/donald-trump-tiktok-deal-approval/index.html Trump has approved a plan . . . What gives him the right to allow or hinder the 1st amendment? I'm sure there are a lot of things I don't have a clue on - This is just sounding strange. I don't see how he can force a partial sale.

Find a sense of humor bro. . .
-
It's not really going to affect me. I'm finding a lot of humor, not anger, in this. My prediction is that the flip-flopping will become MUCH stronger, and the excuses for said Flip-Flopping will be ironic. It will happen on both sides. The Left will find statements and backups on why the seat should stay empty and throw it in the faces of the R's and the right will do the same. Notice that I didn't say she was wrong, or right. I really don't think she is right. I think the seat needs to be filled by someone that is fully vetted. BUT - the Democrats opened that door wide open, when they let Harry Reid change the threshold from a 60 vote to a simple majority in response to the Republicans' stonewalling Merrick Garland's appointment. THEN the democrats were pretty upset that backfired on the democrats with the Kavanaugh deal. Should be interesting. Like a train wreck that goes on and on - you just can't stop watching.

. . . and when you have to see the picture from a mirror . . . . And please - don't bring race into this - there are enough threads for that already.
