Its not falsely calling anyone anything. Racism is taking any action with anything to do with race. Just because people misuse the word to always have a stigma to it, doesnt change the definition. You and I, I think, want a smilar thing, or at least a similar outcome, but dissagree on the means and methods to acheive it. But as to the process I described: That is the check list for the hiring process. It works well. Nothing is perfect though, occaisionally you end up with someone who just doesnt work out. That is what a probationary period, reviews, and performance matrixes is for. Obviously the goal is a 100% success rate. It doesnt always work out. Take Sam Brinton as an example.

Not really - See, you obviously want more rules, and more ways to make yourself subserviant. I want freedom. DEI is restriction, and it is virtue signaling. Quit trying to increase the rukes that others have to live by just because you think they know more than they do, and know whats better for them than themselves.
