....I actually start my vacation! This will be the first time in 2 1/2 years that I've been off of work for more than a 3 day weekend here and there. Woo Hoo!!

It's cool when my son, 19, discovers the music that I grew up with. What's funny is when he hears a song that he likes and says you gotta listen to this. Turns out it's a remake of something I grew up with, then I get him to listen to the original. Funny when I see a CD from that group in his collection. Why yes...yes it is! 2 years ago I got to see Peter Frampton, Journey and John Waite in concert. What an awesome show! Frampton can still rock my world and is still as sexy as ever! (Even without all the hair!) Also saw Bad Company and Foreigner that year. Ahhh....the good ol' days of rock!

When I read this I immediately thought of some of my favorite people and their health. In a number of carefully controlled trials scientists have demonstrated that if we drink 1 liter of water each day at the end fo the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Esherichia coli, (E. coli), bacteria found in feces. In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of poo! However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine, rum, whiskey or other liquor because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting. Remember.....Water=Poo Wine=Health Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid than to drink water and be full of shit!

I've never been one to ask for vibes, but my grandmother isn't doing too well. More than likely she will be admitted to Hospice tomorrow. I deal with these issues on a daily basis at work, but this is my Nana and I'm going to have a hard time letting go. She's 92 and has had a long, wonderful life so that makes it a little easier to deal with, but still.... "It's not just a daydream if you choose to make it your life..."

What is a shaving jacket? I've heard of smoking jackets. I dunno what septics call them, it's like a robe but it only goes down as far as the your bottom of you butt.
