    Uh oh, the big 26! I'm technically supposed to be working so I can have friday off, but no one is going to be around to keep me accountable. So I should turn up there sometime wednesday... it'll be nice to finally get to use the elsinore jump tickets that have been sitting in my wallet since January.

    Hey Viking, all I can say is... it's about damn time! You're gonna have a blast! And mostly likely, you'll be telling this bitch to pack your chute and not Edge! I can't belive there's going to be another boogie this weekend at home. I just got back from Alaska and I'm completely partied out, hung over, and dead tired. These old bones just can't take it anymore.

    Viking, yeah we saw you cut the landing area. In fact, Edge has been calling you "Farmer Arthur." Geez man, is there anything you won't do for jump tickets? J, sure glad you found your main. I thought it was a gonner considering the wilderness around the dz. Would've been a damn shame losing a perfectly good stiletto after only a month!

    Shark, not memorial day weekend but mother's day weekend. Please don't jinx the weather! Anyways, I've been clocked at 88 mph (in my freefly suit, cupping air). And on my last 8-way, the formation's average was 100 (probably my fault). It's terribly embarassing.

    In addition to skydive las vegas, I think there's a dz in Jean, NV that's also close by. Skydive las vegas is supposedly a big tandem factory.

    Pammi, thanks for posting that site on piercing jewlery. I just checked it out, and it's incredible! Now I'm even more impatient for mine to heal up, so I can get that gold stud with the sun. And the blue enamelled flower. And the black niobium twister. And the... crap... that's a lot of jump tickets right there. -WC

    I'm 5'1, and know your frustration all too well. Currently, I have a mirage (the short version). It fits great and is really comfortable. As Geoff mentioned, it's a few inches shorter than their normal containers, and a bit thicker to compensate for that fact. I'm not sure mirage offers the short version on a container sized for a 170 though. -WC

    Pammi, what happened after the nine months that your body rejected the piercing? Did you stop soaking it, or did it just get too irritated? I got mine done last month, and and would appreciate any info on how to prevent a possible rejection. As of now, Im just soaking it in sea salts. -WC

    I'm so sorry to hear that Tee. I hope you get well soon... I know exactly how you feel. Last year some jackass ran a red light, t-boned me, and took me out of skydiving for a couple months, right in the middle of summer! Made me miss Lost Praire, which pissed me off something terrible. I wish people would drive with even half as much caution as we use when we jump. There would be a lot less accidents! -WC
